Relaying Supervisors messages to higher ups
The vacation hours that I was promised were denied. The pay that we get is as little as the company can get by with. In my department, we have a constant turnover rate because of poor employee treatment. There's an ever-standing billboard in front of building that states BSCI is hiring. Red flag!
Review from Product Dept
Better terms and conditions for all
a higher salary to reflect the inflation rates seen in the last 2 years
We are underpaid compared to our competitors
Too much work following under perspectives, which make this diffuctl to unificate. However, nice people work there. Cantinee food wioth taste and variety
Work together as a team and value others
Unfortunately adversity, abusive language, and strong verbal push back in meetings are tolerated at Boston Scientific.
Review from Operations Dept
transparent and willing to help each others
It's in transition mode, so not a lot of positive energy
Review from Operations Dept
Instead of pretending that quality is the most important aspect of our job, management needs to live it. As it is, it's all about how many products we get out the door. Those who cheat on the quality tests are the supervisors' darlings. If you play the dishonesty game, you win.
Review from Product Dept
Clinical Managers and Directors have absolute power and run mini-dictatorships within their functions and divisions.
Review from Operations Dept
Overhaul from the top. All the director level positions are filled by incompetent sycophants who hire more incompetent people.
Outsourcing the manufacturing group so it is not very favorable.
Review from Operations Dept
Be compassionate towards others & nonjudgmental
There is plenty people out there who couldnt pass agency test and I'm sure they would be great line operators, so I would basically change the whole process
Review from Product Dept
The outside recruiter asked if I had a family because the job required a lot of hours.
Review from Sales Dept
Higher wages for the work force
Nepotism and incompetence from the very top.
Operations is being outsourced so there isn't much you can do.
