As per role and experience it's ok
Base salary, bonus and corporate card.
I believe the total compensation package is competitive in the marketplace.

Multiple benefits from healthcare to pet insurance
The vacation hours that I was promised were denied. The pay that we get is as little as the company can get by with. In my department, we have a constant turnover rate because of poor employee treatment. There's an ever-standing billboard in front of building that states BSCI is hiring. Red flag!

We are underpaid compared to our competitors
Too much work following under perspectives, which make this diffuctl to unificate. However, nice people work there. Cantinee food wioth taste and variety

Health benefits are below fair. Annual bonus is based on annual performance but the performance thresholds are not distinctive of the shades that reside within each threshold.

I know similar roles at competitors are paid about $15k more annually. I do not take our health benefits, obtain thru spouse, but we had wellness benefit that went away that was valuable to me.
