How employees describe working at Boyd Corp
After 14 years of dedicated service, I have been chewed up and spit out by this company since it was acquired by BOYD Corp. Unless you are mid to upper management, you are completely insignificant and will be treated like your personal life, health, and well-being don't matter at all.
Ability to listen and make changes. Always addresses the customer needs.
Company continues to make poor investment and business decisions and then forces employees to deal with the consequences via reduced compensation and benefits or straight up cuts to the workforce.
Extremely fractured. Company culture promotes inclusivity in reality just the opposite. So concerned about bottom line and high margins, have driven customers away. No incentives or appreciation shown to those "lower deck" employees who do the work.
Challenging environment, long hours and missing key functions
