Come out of the ivory tower and actually listen to your employees. Re-evaluate management teams for knowledge and people skills. A good manager listens, current management only looks at numbers. No people skills, the damage shows with customer & employee losses
Personally I did not, I was part of the acquisition. it goes through corporate rather than the local area. It is lengthy and good candidates have been lost. Good candidates have been lost due to the long process and low offers
High margins and no stock to make EBITA look good. Customers don't want to hear that. Many customers went to competition where they could get better pricing, available stock and no hassle trying to get help. Need to focus on the customer again not their bonuses
