Compensation should be provided on accomplishments rather than end of year performance ratings. Truths speak louder than words, yet only senior management benefit financially off the backs of their teams.

The 80-20 rule is proven in that 80% of outcomes are the result of 20% doers. There's a lot of mediocrity in the organization and where old talent comes to retire.

We work as a team, we cover if somebody has something comes trade days. Can't do it now as we are working 6 day weeks. Team is really short. Leaving for better paying positions. Everybody got raise to $12.50. So now I'm making the same as a new hire. So much for loyalty to company.

Recognition and reward goes a long way. At the end of the day, people want to be compensated according to their value and accomplishments. Again, management reaps the financial benefits off the hard work and labor of their teams. Provide bonuses and incentives for work well done.

Management is negative. The favoritism needs to stop. And talking badly about their employees should stop. Or at least make sure that they don't find out.

Other engineers lack experience and skills. All the weight from there mistakes and refusal to do assignments gets put on the computer engineers.
