We work as a team, we cover if somebody has something comes trade days. Can't do it now as we are working 6 day weeks. Team is really short. Leaving for better paying positions. Everybody got raise to $12.50. So now I'm making the same as a new hire. So much for loyalty to company.

Recognition and reward goes a long way. At the end of the day, people want to be compensated according to their value and accomplishments. Again, management reaps the financial benefits off the hard work and labor of their teams. Provide bonuses and incentives for work well done.

Other engineers lack experience and skills. All the weight from there mistakes and refusal to do assignments gets put on the computer engineers.
