The team work is the best
Hardworking, parient, knowledgable, greatvattitud and they support me tonthe best of their abilities.
The 80-20 rule is proven in that 80% of outcomes are the result of 20% doers. There's a lot of mediocrity in the organization and where old talent comes to retire.

We work as a team, we cover if somebody has something comes trade days. Can't do it now as we are working 6 day weeks. Team is really short. Leaving for better paying positions. Everybody got raise to $12.50. So now I'm making the same as a new hire. So much for loyalty to company.
