They do not care for the employee's. Employee's are just numbers.

It's really not the co workers fault. They hire people who are not able to do the job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Boyd group lies to the employees. They say they aren't going to close parts of the casino and then 2 weeks later they close them.
