What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate that they have blue cross blue shield as their medical provider and that there are a lot of added benefits that not all companies get such as a gym membership monthly stipend.

Its comprehensive and there is good health insurance coverage

The friends and family link! At Brad's Deals, employees receive a unique link to share with friends and family so that they can shop on Brad's Deals. At the end of the year, employees receive a commission check based on what their friends and family members bought using the link.
