Mr. Aaron James Pearce has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Brady Corp. since September 10, 2014 and its Treasurer since November 9, 2016. Mr. Pearce served as Chief Accounting Officer of Brady Corp. from July 2015 to November 9, 2016 served as Senior Vice President from September 10, 2014 to November 9, 2016. He served as Vice President of Brady Corp. from April 2013 to September 2014. Mr. Pearce served as Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations at Brady Corp. from January 2010 to September 2014 and was responsible for leading it's treasury, corporate risk and investor relations functions. Mr. Pearce joined Brady in 2004 as Director of internal audit. In this role, he built a strong global audit team, maintained Brady's code of ethics and implemented its whistleblower program. In 2006 he relocated to Asia to take on the role of finance director for Brady's Asia Pacific region, where he was responsible for all finance activities. He holds Bachelors degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
