What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always willing to jump in and roll up their sleeves to get the work done. Encourage intrapreneurship and practice transparency.
Every leader has their own strengths that complement one another and make our team stronger. Our leadership team is 75% women, which isn't common in the tech industry, and it's a welcomed change.
Our leadership team is fun, funny, and driven. We have strong vision and strong integration of that vision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are compensated very well. Low base but very high variable with no cap.
Compensation consists of a base, but also variable component, which helps link payment to the value we add to clients. It keeps us all aligned towards the same goal.
Includes both a fixed and variable component -- I have control to increase compensation based on quarterly performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative. Feels like everyone, no matter title or department has my back.
Each person has their own strengths and are able to help others learn and grow.
We hire and retain movers and shakers. Our team provides coaching for each other and pushes each other.

Sense of humor, opportunities for mentorship, being in the foxhole together
