What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have allignment on what we need to do and where we need to get to
They set clear goals and performance metrics
They are transparent and honest about what is going on in the company during the good moments and the not-so-good moments.
Upwards and onwards attitude and Growth mindset
Vision is second to none and they are highly motivational
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
With the new leadership, there is still a big confusion of what my role is. It is still not 100% clear. Also, their orders are hierarchical which I have not experienced in the past years in Branch. I feel like Branch culture is interrupted.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive , good benefits , great insurance coverage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a 10% cut from my previous salary.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team of motivated folks
They are all knowledgable and passionate in their work.
Our ability to rely on one another and problem solve.
The team always has each other's back. We are all very close and can count on each other. Also, we care about each other on a personal level and spend time getting to know each other outside of work, forming close bonds.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Getting to work with the best minds in the industry looking forward to doing the best work of their lives
Being able to speak up your thoughts to the managers and leadership. It wasn't hierarchical structure but it's changed which brings down my satisfaction of working in Branch.
Everyone has a drive to learn and improve
The people are the most positive part!
