Great people working for great clients
Open door policy, entrepreneurial atmosphere with plenty of room to learn and grow. Lots of new internal opportunities as product offerings evolve.
It was bittersweet as it started off fine, but the company overhired and started heavily outsourcing every department. Until you were left with either being afraid you're going to be laid every month or you leave just in time to avoid it.
