New CEO is outstanding. Well respected, open and communicative.
The CEO is really a good guy. He speaks openly about what the Company is trying to achieve and he challenges everyone to be there absolute best and contribute every day. He has very high expectations for the company and the employees and expects us to have the same expectations for ourselves.

How would you compare interviewing at Pica9 to other places you've interviewed?
Pica9 was very thorough in their interviewing process. After an initial screen call to determine my interest and fit for the role, I was asked to participate in a pretty rigorous interviewing process that had me meet with several staff members and management of the Company. They were courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. I came away very impressed and certainly clear on my candidacy for the role. Probably the best interview process that I have experienced in my career.

Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Pica9?
The hiring manager lead the process and I met with several members of the organization, including senior executives. The Company was very good about follow up and next steps and kept me well informed throughout the entire process.
Met with many people including the CEO. Heard back in a matter of a week or two.

Probably the best interview process that I have ever experienced.
