Honest and open. Fully transparent in his approach.
The management team is very proactive and open/collaborative
Open and collaberative. They really try to help us to succeed
Invested in our success, willing to engage to make the company stronger
Their intelligence and intellectual curiosity.
Everything, they are out of touch and not effective
The leadership team was brought in or bough out by the CEO to act as his puppets. They consistently blame their own shortcomings on their subordinates and each other. The leadership team provides no leadership to the company whatsoever- they seem to be incapable and incompetent at nearly everything.
Very fair and competitive with the industry. The organization bears and shares costs in an honest and generous way.
Total Compensation is very good
I believe that it is in line with market comps
very generous compensation models including incentive comp
The Company was not able to pay market rates
As the manager for my team which is responsible for 60% of the company's revenue, I am paid significantly less than my counterparts on other teams within the company. Compensation is now wrapped up in office politics with the new CEO, who was caught stealing money off of the company payroll.
The team is small but effective
Talented, energetic, committed, and open to new ideas.
Smart and confident. They bring out the best in me.
Smart, driven and keen to win
Overall, all employees at Pica9 are intelligent and well educated.
My team members have each grown enormously over the past year, in the face of much adversity. I am constantly impressed by their hard work, dedication, collaboration and kindness- the perfect foundation for a team that continues to amaze.
The commitment to the customer is what focuses us. We are encouraged to be transparent and forthcoming about how our software works and what it takes to get projects done.
People care about what we do everyday.
People want to be here. They want to win.
Transparency and beer fridays that also include appetizers and also the chaulk talks
Success in the business will go a long way to changing the culture
The company environment is distracting and toxic. Members of my team have to constantly watch their backs against the leadership team. The amount of work put on our team is back-breaking, but any request for help is taken as a sign of weakness and could be used to fire us.
Get rid of the founder from being involved in operations
It gave me an opportunity to understand the leadership and direction of the Company
They asked me to fill out a very simple questionnaire about my preferences and attitudes with regard to the job and they shared the results with me in a completely transparent and very helpful way.
The interview process indicated just how inexperienced the management team is.
Being challenged everyday and working with a strong team
I really enjoy the intellectual challenge of building distributed marketing systems, and I am excited by the impact that we have on the daily working lives of hundreds of thousands of local marketers around the world.
Working on the cool tech that we have
The opportunity to learn and grow.
Interaction with customers and peers
The Company is cash poor and does not have the ability to invest in getting better
The leadership team has given numerous indications that they are intent on driving the business into the ground. They are using the company for personal gain only. At the current rate, the company may not make it to the end of the quarter before money runs out.
Cool technology, flexible work hours, smart people.
