What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very fair and competitive with the industry. The organization bears and shares costs in an honest and generous way.

Total Compensation is very good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The Company was not able to pay market rates

As the manager for my team which is responsible for 60% of the company's revenue, I am paid significantly less than my counterparts on other teams within the company. Compensation is now wrapped up in office politics with the new CEO, who was caught stealing money off of the company payroll.
