They asked me to fill out a very simple questionnaire about my preferences and attitudes with regard to the job and they shared the results with me in a completely transparent and very helpful way.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the intellectual challenge of building distributed marketing systems, and I am excited by the impact that we have on the daily working lives of hundreds of thousands of local marketers around the world.
