What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're super smart and forward thinking. They don't get mired in how things have always been done, they're always looking to advance and improve products and processes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually giving people raises I haven't gotten a raise in over five years
Transparency. Listening to your employees. HR puts out an employee survey and pretends to make us feel "heard" but suggestions get swept under the run.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was actually paid the wage that I deserve
There is no stock options or bonuses. You will be grossly underpaid for the production value you bring and they don't do cost of living raises at all
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't see anything that needs improvement here
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel like this applies or anything
Nothing anymore, they used to have "wine downs" where we'd be rewarded with food and drinks for a hard work week but they took that away when the new CEO came in charge.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Really easy interview, simple questions like they'd as a new college grad.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has outsourced production and now churns out low quality products and there's never any way to take pride in your work.
