How's the leadership on the Operations team at Bravo Wellness?
Depends on which operations team. Client operations has recently changed leadership, Sales operations is a small team with good leadership, and Participant operations is a large team with strong leadership.
Bravo has multiple "operations" departments, so without knowing a specific job title or manager answering this is not easy as leadership is at both extremes.
How flexible is your work schedule at Bravo Wellness?
Depends if you are hourly or salary and which department and who the manager or director is and if they like you.
What does the ideal candidate in the Operations department look like at Bravo Wellness?
Someone who is a people person, who doesn't spend too much time talking to people who can sit at their desk all day and work in mindnumbing silence.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Operations department at Bravo Wellness?
Depends on the interviewer and the position and how desperate they are to get another body in the door.
How helpful was your Operations team when you were first hired at Bravo Wellness?
That was a different Bravo, but now onboarding has improved greatly... until you realize it is all platitudes and the stupidity of it all comes crashing down.
What's the work from home policy like at Bravo Wellness?
Depends on the department, manager, workload, or flip of a coin. What once was the best perk to working here is just frustration on behalf of those now required to report to the office. Some abuse it quite obviously, especially directors or middle managers, whereas upper management and first contact workers don't.
Does Bravo Wellness drug test or do a background check?
Drugs - no; background - yes, quite extensively.
What's the internship program like at Bravo Wellness?
There isn't one, well unless you are HR or Finance.
How does Bravo Wellness handle HR issues?
Lack of communication, snobbery, and a general sense of avoiding unemployment by any means necessary.
How innovative is Bravo Wellness?
They are trying to be more innovative. It's like adding hubcaps to a car while it is in motion, oh and the hubcaps are already irrelevant.
How does Bravo Wellness measure success and growth in the Operations department?
There are multiple operations departments and of course they are all measured and function COMPLETELY differently.
Why work for Bravo Wellness?
Because you like to be micromanaged and feel like any little mistake is going to get you on an improvement plan, you enjoy criticism and tight unreasonable deadlines, or you are a field sales person since they get away with everything.
What benefits does Bravo Wellness provide?
Overpriced medical plans with a high incentive wellness component. Pathetic excuse for a dental plan. PTO, VTO, Continuous learning opportunities, 401k Safe Harbor contributions, some other things to try to compensate for lackluster pay rates!
What's the office layout like at Bravo Wellness?
1 and a half floors, most of the teams are on the top floor, while IT, Marketing, QA and Product are on the lower floor.
What unique perks and benefits does Bravo Wellness provide?
Gym reimbursement and free gym access to the gym in the building, free coffee, and a full kitchen. Biggest perk is the ability to work remote in some positions.
What's the pay like for Operations roles at Bravo Wellness?
Lower than market rate for Cleveland.
What's the Operations team like at Bravo Wellness?
