  • Depends on which operations team. Client operations has recently changed leadership, Sales operations is a small team with good leadership, and Participant operations is a large team with strong leadership.

  • Bravo has multiple "operations" departments, so without knowing a specific job title or manager answering this is not easy as leadership is at both extremes.

  • Depends on the department, manager, workload, or flip of a coin. What once was the best perk to working here is just frustration on behalf of those now required to report to the office. Some abuse it quite obviously, especially directors or middle managers, whereas upper management and first contact workers don't.

  • Because you like to be micromanaged and feel like any little mistake is going to get you on an improvement plan, you enjoy criticism and tight unreasonable deadlines, or you are a field sales person since they get away with everything.

  • Overpriced medical plans with a high incentive wellness component. Pathetic excuse for a dental plan. PTO, VTO, Continuous learning opportunities, 401k Safe Harbor contributions, some other things to try to compensate for lackluster pay rates!
