What did you like most about the interview process?From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. Everyone I interviewed with was very pleasant and made a positive impression on the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?The activities and events planned and the efforts bravo makes to give back to the community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people at Bravo help make the culture what is today - positive, productive and fun place to work!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Cross-departmental communication; knowing what the front line employees do and the troubles we encounter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel merit increases and quarterly reviews are too subjective and think peer reviews would provide a better picture and result in better increases and compensation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Focus on our current RESOURCES, both people and systems to make the process more efficient and not take up an entire wall of a swimchart!
