What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive Team are engaged and involved with all aspects of the company. They sincerely care about the company and it's people.
The Leadership Team is one of the best I have ever worked for. They are very approachable and truly care about the employees of the company.
They take the time to get to know every employee and truly care.
They are transparent, approachable, and truly care about the employees.
The executive leadership team genuinely cares about each and every employee. They are approachable and fun.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cross-departmental communication; knowing what the front line employees do and the troubles we encounter.
They are so far removed it is like talking to aliens. Monthly all company meetings are a cheerleading/ damage control session that we are not bleeding money and the board loves us, the board cannot be this blind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bravo provides additional benefits that most companies don't offer and benefits packages are competitive with what is in the market place.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel merit increases and quarterly reviews are too subjective and think peer reviews would provide a better picture and result in better increases and compensation.
We are told how valuable we are but raises/merit review are at the whim of our direct manager whether or not we deal with them on a daily basis. I would feel better about my compensation if we were reviewed by our peers!
Market rate for the job not the title.
What are some of the best things about your team?
From a department level to interacting with all employees, employees value being team-players and will jump in when help is needed.

I have the best team!
I get to work with people I truly love. We communicate well, collaborate and support each other. Everyone contributes their fair share. Most importantly we have fun together.
Focused and on same page about most things.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could actually listen when being remote during a meeting so questions could be avoided and they would not provide clients/prospects with incorrect information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at Bravo help make the culture what is today - positive, productive and fun place to work!
The helpful and friendly atmosphere
The culture starts at the top with our CEO. He genuinely cares about each and everyone us. The environment is respectful, fair, transparent/open, learning and development focused. Employees are recognized for exhibiting our core values. Focus is on inspiring people to achieve their personal best.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus on our current RESOURCES, both people and systems to make the process more efficient and not take up an entire wall of a swimchart!
Again, peer reviews and taking away the whim of management to allow some people privileges and others not. Frankly if I had a different manager who actually knew what I did, without micromanaging every little detail I would love Bravo.
Higher level of trust between upper management and workers, going both ways.
What did you like most about the interview process?
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. Everyone I interviewed with was very pleasant and made a positive impression on the organization.
They asked a large range of questions that didn't solely focus on previous employment

What makes you most happy at work?
The activities and events planned and the efforts bravo makes to give back to the community.
The thing that makes me the most happy are the great people I get to work with everyday across all areas of the company.
Seeing coworkers and working on new projects
Coming to work every day at a company that cares about employee well-being has made a positive impact on my life.
Simply put, the people. We have great people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are different standards for different people, if you are not a new employee we got from a competitor you are not treated with respect, unless you are related or have been here for over 8 years!
Better pay, more people to get the work done, better processes that are not overridden by management.
