Since my start, I have consistently felt valued and appreciated. It is a highly personable environment with an overarching shared drive for success and care for those we work with, internally & externally. As we expand, there are the fair share of growing pains, but firm foundation is always there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed getting to meet and speak with folks from different areas of the business, as well as do some tangible assignments to show what I could offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive multiple types of stipends, for WFH, learning & development, health & wellness, etc. It is nice to have funds to apply to different areas that are more all encompassing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From the top down, they promote a level of humanity within the company, showing care for all employees as individuals, on top of working to make decisions to help grow the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
First and foremost the people I work with! We've brought on some incredible (and entertaining) individuals. It is nice to be able to have fun and enjoy being at work while working hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As much as we all have a desire to succeed and put out a great product, we just as much want to see each other thrive and feel good at work. It is a fun, friendly, and inviting environment, we don't take ourselves too seriously, but are serious about our work.
