Communication and understanding, team work and working with one another
Maturity. Talent. Compassion. Soul. People skills.
They need to learn how to communicate better with employees instead of thinking about revenue and for the company how about thinking about the operations associate who actually go out in the field and burn out themselves and have no personal life for breather, there aren't any diversity roles .
Effort to really get to know the real workers.
I feel under value because they throw a load of work on you and expect you to finish in a timely fashion which is impossible, you barely have time to eat or rest your feet ,by the time you sit down for a break new jobs pop on your frontstage which isn't fair
I believe the managers make it impossible for the co workers to get along, because when there's no communication with the managers there wont be any with the co workers and it's sad and draining to see a company like this so focus on money and not the issues

Keep in contact with the person after they are hired, after I was hired I didn't hear from breather in a few days always had to contact them to start orientation
What's wrong is the employers are quick to fire workers mostly operation associates instead of listening to them ,aos work hard and are acknowledged for they're hard work,we are in 2020 and its sad that employers are still treating workers with no respect.
