I used to work at breather ,it was ok at first but things changed at the end

Management on the west coast was terrible, period.

We work pretty hard over here at Breather to create a great experience for our customer. I also like being part of a rapidly growing company that is changing the way Commercial Real Estate works and for the better.

It was horrible, miserable all managers did was lie

They need to learn how to communicate better with employees instead of thinking about revenue and for the company how about thinking about the operations associate who actually go out in the field and burn out themselves and have no personal life for breather, there aren't any diversity roles .

Breather believes in employee owners and all full time get options.

Effort to really get to know the real workers.

I feel under value because they throw a load of work on you and expect you to finish in a timely fashion which is impossible, you barely have time to eat or rest your feet ,by the time you sit down for a break new jobs pop on your frontstage which isn't fair

Really talented team of passionate and nice people.

In terms of my team, they are supportive, trusting, and reliable. Breather has a great open environment where you can share ideas and lead projects. Be hands-on and have immediate direct positive impact.

I believe the managers make it impossible for the co workers to get along,because when there's no communication with the managers there wont be any with the co workers and it's sad and draining to see a company like this so focus on money and not the issues

Team is very customer focused.

There isn't and positive work ethics here,everything is negative

You get to meet a number of people at the company and get a good overview.

The fact that I interviewed with a variety of team members. Some were from my team and others were from teams I'd have the opportunity to work closely with.

Keep in contact with the person after they are hired,after I was hired I didn't hear from breather in a few days always had to contact them to start orientation

The type of work I do, my colleagues/team members, my workspace itself, its flexibility - we can work from a Breather space if needed.

What's wrong is the employers are quick to fire workers mostly operation associates instead of listening to them ,aos work hard and are acknowledged for they're hard work,we are in 2020 and its sad that employers are still treating workers with no respect.
