What do you like best about the leadership team?
Driving the company to greater things, and always listening to the staff for feedback. Zero complaints, I would work here as long as they'll have me.

Drinking fireboats on Fridays at the office.
Brilliant people who challenge me to be better at my job every day.
Funny, energetic, lots of different backgrounds so you learn a ton just being around them
Everyone works together to get things done fast and effectively.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fun place to work. I liked working from home but it's a great environment to be in every day.
Everyone is fun and gets along

That I can come to work and do what I love which is helping customers find the best candidates for their company along with being able to have opportunities to grow within the company and develop new skills.

Winning over our customers - being strategic with them or solving their current problems.
I love coming to work everyday and enjoy working with a great team that keeps me motivated. We each encourage each other to learn and help each other on a day to day basis.
