What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a fun place to work. I liked working from home but it's a great environment to be in every day.

Everyone is fun and gets along

Freedom to speak your mind and share your thoughts.

That I can come to work and do what I love which is helping customers find the best candidates for their company along with being able to have opportunities to grow within the company and develop new skills.

Very open in the style of productivity each person needs to be the best they can be

Visibility into everything happening. Good or bad.

We all like each other so much we hang out together after working hours.
