I was hired and had very limited training and never really saw the product. The quota was unattainable, esp for a company with no marketing, no inbound, and low quality website and sales decks. The team was not set up for success from the beginning.

They do not pay 100% for insurance and if you have a partner, you have to pay 80%.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was very easy which should have concerned me. I didn't interview with any of the team members.
