There needs to be a large overhaul with titles/compensation/responsibility. Unless you have been here 25 years or are in Sales, you will be compensated poorly, and will be undervalued/underutilized. The career path opportunities are vague, and appear non-existent.

Morale, respect, negativity. Need more employee appreciation, recognition, fair compensation, and activities to boost morale.

Need to hire process improvement team and have them conduct process analysis events with members from the departments involved in a process.
The work load it to much for one person I feel invisible. Project Brenntag rollout has not gone well people feel in limbo.

It'd be nice if Brenntag went back to "Glocal" mentality. We are making it more difficult for small-mid sized customers to do business with us, a decision we will regret when big customers are lost. There are local companies that compete better. Lead times are increase because we don't stock enough

I have a job to do, but dont have help when i need it. the other guy in my department loads trucks or just doesnt do anything. a few days of the week i ave to help others and cnat get what i need done.
