There needs to be a large overhaul with titles/compensation/responsibility. Unless you have been here 25 years or are in Sales, you will be compensated poorly, and will be undervalued/underutilized. The career path opportunities are vague, and appear non-existent.

It'd be nice if Brenntag went back to "Glocal" mentality. We are making it more difficult for small-mid sized customers to do business with us, a decision we will regret when big customers are lost. There are local companies that compete better. Lead times are increase because we don't stock enough

I have a job to do, but dont have help when i need it. the other guy in my department loads trucks or just doesnt do anything. a few days of the week i ave to help others and cnat get what i need done.
