work goes pretty smooth most days. No improvement needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
need to do more then one job all day long.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Can't remember what it was like it's been a long time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
been there a long time but other then that it's not much better then any factory.
What makes you most happy at work?
Three oclock is the only real incentive that keeps me going at the end of the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Don't really like them I have been there for seventeen years though and it's gotton my family and I through a lot of hard times.
