I would like to to see stability and growth
You go to school to learn and have talents and they don't pay your for your skills and knowledge
Executives are grossly overpaid and underperforming.
When employees bring up concerns and problems or share ideas, managers do not promote them by disregarding concerns as well as employees from speaking up at all. Managers frequently identify strongly with the status quo that they are fearful to create speak-up cultures being in impossible positions
