Good career pathways. I feel valued and appreciated. Targets are in place to promote growth of all staff and deliver an excellent product/service to our client, but they are achievable. Positive environment to work, with lots of perks & fun stuff going on to show appreciation.

Clearly set out. Job spec was just as advertised, no hidden issues, it was very open and honest, which is rare these days. Great communication throughout the process.
