What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall good benefits package but there needs to be a clearer pathway to progress towards promotions

Leadership team get involved and are seen regularly which is very different compared to companies I've worked at in the past
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Your ideas are heard and not just dismissed, I'm involved in meetings with some of the senior leadership team and always feel welcome an heard
What did you like most about the interview process?
The first stage was more of an informal chat and made me feel very comfortable for when I progressed to the next stage which was a face to face in the office
