Develop some work ethic. Hold yourself accountable for your job. Most people do the very minimum and get by while their leaders are so hands off, they have no clue how ineffective people are.

Underappreciated, overworked, not making a living wage after working there for a decade. Complaints aren't taken seriously. Managers ridicule employees. Companies "core values" does not match their actions.
