The coworkers and customers. They are everything. They are why it was hard to leave.
When the shift doesn't contain yelling or anger, I am most happy just doing my job alongside my coworkers and doing our best to make our customers happy while supporting each other in many ways.
Corporate needs to eradicate the recent microscheduling system which maximizes profits by reducing front end staff while having them work 3 or more roles in one shift. Front end has to work twice as hard on a daily basis for $9-11/hr, which then damages & diminshes their physical & mental well being
