The department I work in is great

It needs definite work! Theres not alot of employee interaction and with out that theres no trust between the employees and the upper managerment to even mention deep unresolved issue.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything. They need way more experience.
Treat everyone like the human being they are and put away the plots, schemes, and hidden agendas as display on my employment.
Corporate needs to eradicate the recent microscheduling system which maximizes profits by reducing front end staff while having them work 3 or more roles in one shift. Front end has to work twice as hard on a daily basis for $9-11/hr, which then damages & diminshes their physical & mental well being
The leadership team needs to work on taking care of your people.The pay is very confusing,it's hard to find out how much you actually make an hour.They have cut hours during holidays, which In turns hurts your people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be great, opportunity for advancement
I have not worked long enough to get benefits is all, and a dollar or 2 raise would be nice
The management shows favortism and dont recognize many
If I was paid for all the work required, working nights and days back to back every week, taking on responsibilities that use to be a store director's, assistant manager's and day stocker's with no pay raise. Pay me more if you want me to take on more responsibilities.
Restructure managment. Reward those with good pay based on years and years of experience.

Hard works and show up
They supported me everyday i came to work and if i needed them to do something they would do it no questions asked
Coworkers are great. Management is terrible
The members of the team who actually worked were hardworking and cheerful, and willing to help each other.

My co workers in the department I work are great
They need to learn the meaning of team and teamwork first
Quit playing favorites and have your favorites turn against your least favorites very unethical.
Meetings to evaluate and educate. Implementation of suggestions and improvements. Team building and communication would go a long way.
Learn not to harass people on their shortcomings

The customers are mostly friendly and you stay pretty busy
The coworkers and customers. They are everything. They are why it was hard to leave.
The environment inside the deli i was in
There is none, except the fact you have to work to get paid
We have a unique and happy enviroment through out the store. But its the larger departments like bakery, Deli!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The people Way of thinking and approaching problems
Management and how they treat their employees, the disrespect is at an all time high.

The person doing thr interview doesnt act superior and they are usually ever down to earth
The store I applied at the sd and the folks I worked with and all the opportunities to move up from part time cashier to bakery manager in a couple years time. Worked all over store and different stores to lean what I liked and disliked in different positions. More I work there the more I see how

Knowing im making my department look the best
When I’m not being micromanage. Which my 20 something yo boss knows my history with the company. She knows I know my job and hers too. I once’s was a bakery manger. Now I’m her assistant. She has been with company maybe 2-3
