My experience was that of waste of time and efforts I can't get back. I went above and beyond to never get the recognition I deserved. I was more of a target to get set up to get fired. The customers were the only ones that kept me going and made it enjoyable as I always interacted and helped them.

Quit playing favorites and have your favorites turn against your least favorites very unethical.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and how they treat their employees, the disrespect is at an all time high.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat everyone like the human being they are and put away the plots, schemes, and hidden agendas as display on my employment.
