Corporate needs to eradicate the recent microscheduling system which maximizes profits by reducing front end staff while having them work 3 or more roles in one shift. Front end has to work twice as hard on a daily basis for $9-11/hr, which then damages & diminshes their physical & mental well being
The leadership team needs to work on taking care of your people.The pay is very confusing,it's hard to find out how much you actually make an hour.They have cut hours during holidays, which In turns hurts your people.

They need to improve on everything, they have little to no experience in the current market and don't take suggestions on how to improve in store operations. They push ineffective ways to do things that end up costing more time and lead to employees being frustrated and quitting.
