Hard works and show up
They supported me everyday i came to work and if i needed them to do something they would do it no questions asked

Its not much of a team except in between the managers. Employees aren't given a choice it feels.

Quit playing favorites and have your favorites turn against your least favorites very unethical.
Meetings to evaluate and educate. Implementation of suggestions and improvements. Team building and communication would go a long way.
