Compensation is not everything there are other things that hold importance
Raises should not be less than cost of living adjustments. If they are, that means an increase is still a decrease.

Meh, not worth mentioning compared to the bad
Conservative culture but the company has been around for 200 years.

Better compensation in line with market standards.
