Mr. Alexander H. Ware has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. since October 31, 2016 and its Treasurer since October 2016. Mr. Ware has over 30 years of experience in growth management, capital markets including M&A transactions, process improvement and strategic planning. He served as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Development and Senior Advisor at the Pohlad Companies from 2010 to 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Pepsiamericas Inc. since March 21, 2005 to 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Ware has an additional experience as a Senior Finance Executive at Putnam Investments and Management Consultant with Booz, Allen and Hamilton. Prior to joining the Pohlad Companies, Mr. Ware served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Planning and Corporate Development at PepsiAmericas Inc. from January 2003 to March 21, 2005. He served as Vice President of Finance for the East Group of PepsiAmericas Inc. He joined PepsiAmericas Inc., as Director of Finance for PepsiCo's Heartland Business Unit, which was acquired by PepsiAmericas Inc. from PepsiCo in 1999. He was a Management Consultant at Booz, Allen and Hamilton in the energy and environmental practice. Ware began his career in banking with Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now JP Morgan Chase). He served in various strategic planning and corporate development roles within PepsiCo since 1994. He served as an Executive Chairman of MStar Holding Corp. He has been an Independent Director of Barfresh Food Group Inc since July 13, 2016. He serves on the Board of Directors of MStar Holding Corp. He serves as a Member of Advisory Council of Stone Arch Capital, LLC. He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia and a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
