Absolutely everything. Hiring. Retention. Pay. Management.
If you hire new exciting talent, let them work, concept, and innovate. The last year of hires showed they averaged 3 months tenure due to how old school the thinking and leadership is. There is no reason Burrell is not called first to culture conversations with all of the top brands.
Burrell pays some of the lowest compensation in the industry. Leadership is cryptic about bonuses because only the "faves" get them. If you work remotely, forget about ever getting a budget or a chance to visit HQ in Chicago. 2-3 of those in Atl and Dallas ever made it to Chi.

Diversify the client list. Historic clients are catching on and the entire success of the agency can't ride on Toyota and Mcdonald's. They annually reduce scope with Burrell and the writing is on the wall.
