The best atmosphere that ive ever been in as far as a work place. Family oriented. Definitely somewhere i see myself building my future.

My Supervisors are not very good at communicating and planning, often leave the workers to figure things out themselves or we jave to pester them several times for anything to get done and morw often than not we have to go above their heads to get anything fixed. Losing good workers because of them.

Better Supervisors who are more hands on and willing to get dirty along with the people who work under them, far to many times they leave is hanging.
