We give real-time recognition for work done well. We call it giving kudos. We have a slack channel for it and we can give live kudos too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is humble and hard-working. They set a great example to the rest of the team and are willing to help at all times. They are generous about giving honest and constructive feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a strong sense of team throughout the organization. People think creatively and analytically about issues and work extremely hard to solve problems. We also do it all with a sense of humor.
