What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We give real-time recognition for work done well. We call it giving kudos. We have a slack channel for it and we can give live kudos too.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Needs a full management overhaul. Probably streamline as too many chefs

everything the way it is run the people skills communication managers having power trips and belittling employees Johnno O'Brian make everyone look down to him push people to leave Johnathan Marshall overall doesn't care the is no genuine care for the employees
