Supporting the workers. There was no real leadership; just a group of people pretending.
Start over. Or dissolve the company. Bad culture
they need to be more inclusive.
leadership and managing and good things
The bonuses on and holidays
Doubled the compensation at my last company!
very competitive parental leave policy

not many reoccurring meetings on calendar and people respond to my questions very quickly. Some of us go out to eat together, and feels like I could go have a coffee/ drink with anyone and have a good time.

Work together, rather than competing. Great environment.
People seem to take perverse pride in their own exploitation
my coworkers all praise buzzfeed even when they do wrong
Honestly couldn't say. The location within the city is convenient I guess
The trust in employees and opportunity for feedback -- which the exec team often takes into consideration.
the ERGs and company culture
The environment is very inclusive and it seems as though everyone is supported in bringing their full selves to work everyday.
Review from HR Dept
There are a lot of opportunities to create initiatives and clubs, or take part in what is already offered. There are culture events, parties, fairs, lunches nearly every week. It's pretty much impossible to do it all.
Review from HR Dept
It was eye-opening and thought provoking
Casual interview process -- and it wasn't dragged out like at other places.
Diverse perspectives and a focus on really getting to know me and giving me in depth insight into the role/company as opposed to just trying to make the process difficult.
Review from HR Dept
people want to give you a chance to show off your best
I didn't come into the office for a final interview
Review from HR Dept
Make it less impersonal. Get rid of the weird automated video round
Lunch time engagement with co-workers
My colleagues! And the freedom to experiment.
Having the opportunity to be surrounded by inspired people that are making true impact.
Review from HR Dept
I feel like I have people to confide in, and people I can rely on. Also, there is good personal chemistry between my department members and I.
