Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were paid more, I'd feel a lot better. I don't make enough to live in NYC

not many reoccurring meetings on calendar and people respond to my questions very quickly. Some of us go out to eat together, and feels like I could go have a coffee/ drink with anyone and have a good time.

Honestly couldn't say. The location within the city is convenient I guess

There are a lot of opportunities to create initiatives and clubs, or take part in what is already offered. There are culture events, parties, fairs, lunches nearly every week. It's pretty much impossible to do it all.

It was eye-opening and thought provoking
Casual interview process -- and it wasn't dragged out like at other places.
Diverse perspectives and a focus on really getting to know me and giving me in depth insight into the role/company as opposed to just trying to make the process difficult.
