My direct manager is awesome and the reason I am there. However, above/adjacent to him there seems to be a magpie mediocrity obsessed with glittering new systems at the expense of tried & true cost/benefit analysis.

Supporting the workers. There was no real leadership; just a group of people pretending.
Start over. Or dissolve the company. Bad culture
