What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly couldn't say. The location within the city is convenient I guess
The trust in employees and opportunity for feedback -- which the exec team often takes into consideration.

The environment is very inclusive and it seems as though everyone is supported in bringing their full selves to work everyday.

There are a lot of opportunities to create initiatives and clubs, or take part in what is already offered. There are culture events, parties, fairs, lunches nearly every week. It's pretty much impossible to do it all.

I feel like I can be whomever I want and people will accept me. No need to act a part or be a cookie cutter corporate citizen to be accepted.
