It feels pretty positive so far, I feel I can be my true self and not have to worry if I am coming off as "management material". There are always things going on around the office if you choose to take a mental break for an hour or so. Work life balance is encouraged.

I feel like I have people to confide in, and people I can rely on. Also, there is good personal chemistry between my department members and I.

I feel like I can be whomever I want and people will accept me. No need to act a part or be a cookie cutter corporate citizen to be accepted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
not many reoccurring meetings on calendar and people respond to my questions very quickly. Some of us go out to eat together, and feels like I could go have a coffee/ drink with anyone and have a good time.
