Recognizing their employees dedication and hard work
Actually caring about their teams, facilities, processes, and tech stack
Hire a manager that can actually relate and with people and get them to buy in, understand the business, and what people do instead of having a just do it attitude. Stop pivoting on policies on a case by case basis, and rid the place of nepotism.
Train emplyees more thoroughly. The give you the basics and then throw you to the wolves.
Terrible pay. Half of industry standards.
Everyone in the company is paid below market value and refuse to increase compensation due to inflation.
Make it to work, don't go over your allotted PTO & Sick days because the Manager favors you. It only stresses the rest of us out. BLOW YOUR NOSE AND QUIT SNORTING! take time to learn something instead of relying on others, use your resoruces.
There is a lot of emotional reactions to standard business interactions. People were allowed to act how they wanted which was usually unprofessional.

clean house, come up with a real training curriculum, get rid of the family that runs and ruins that place, hire managers that can manage. allow your supervisor to supervise. allow your team leads to lead the team, instead of having them do everything but what their title is.
Reworking the organizational structure and providing quality education.
