What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm part time, so i do t get full benefits. However, even though I'm not paid fairly within the company, i still make a satisfying wage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Missing paychecks from last year still not resolved. Pay dispute was from an error in direct deposit made on company behalf

Pay structure too heavily rewards sales targets, while underpaying the rest of the team.

Improve base pay for all

The company has made it clear they dont care about any of their employees. Our managers have repeated that to us.

Monthly bonuses should be paid out to ECs for doing the core of the work to make monthly budget.
