What did you like most about the interview process?It was fast. I was hired after just a look at my resume and discussion about the job.
What makes you most happy at work?The nature of the job. I live teaching and love seeing my students thrive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We actually work as a team for our students. I know if I make a recommendation about a student to my team or mgmt, it's taken seriously and usually implemented. Conversely, I can extend that courtesy to my coworkers and trust that their recommendation is sound
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Missing paychecks from last year still not resolved. Pay dispute was from an error in direct deposit made on company behalf
